Where are you based, and do you have a physical store?

We are based in Delhi. Currently, we operate online only and do not have a physical retail store.

Do you take bulk, corporate, or B2B orders?

Yes, we do. We handle bulk gifting, wedding favours, corporate gifting, and B2B orders.
Customisation options are available, and we offer special pricing for bulk orders.
For quantities, timelines, or custom requirements, we recommend getting in touch with us directly.


What oil do you use in your products?

We use 100% groundnut (peanut) oil in all our preparations.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share images of the product. Our customer support team will assist you with the resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp/email.

Do you call before delivery?

This depends on the courier partner. We recommend keeping your phone reachable.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds as per our policy. However, for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?

We deliver Pan-India
Delhi NCR: 2-3 days
Outside Delhi NCR: 4-6 days (depending on location).

Is COD available on all orders?

COD is available for most locations. However, for certain pin codes with high return rates or limited serviceability, partial or full prepayment may be required. Our team will contact you in such cases.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please reach out to us immediately. We will check with the courier partner and resolve the issue.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Modifications are possible only before dispatch.

Why does the product look slightly different from the website image?

Our products are prepared in small batches, slight variations in appearance may occur. However, the quality and taste remain the same.

Do you offer any discounts?

First-time users get 5% off on orders above Rs. 1000 (auto-applied at checkout).
Repeat customers get 10% off on orders above Rs. 1000 (auto-applied at checkout).
A complimentary gift is included with orders above Rs. 1500.

What are your working hours?

Our customer support team is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday). Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
