Packed in steel dabbas, shared with neighbours, and carried to relatives’ homes, atta pinnis were as much a ritual as they were a treat.

Each pinni is crafted patiently - whole wheat flour roasted till golden, blended with desi ghee, khaand, and nuts, then shaped lovingly into laddoos. The result is a sweet that’s rich, hearty, and full of warmth in every bite.
