Description

Ajwain Parantha was maa’s answer to everything.

Stomach upset, weather change, long day, tired body - the solution was always the same. Ajwain mixed into atta, rolled gently, cooked hot on the tawa till the edges crisped and the aroma filled the house. That smell alone felt healing.

Served plain or with a little butter, sometimes with curd, sometimes just folded and handed to you straight from the pan, Ajwain Parantha was comfort food in its truest form. Simple, warm, and quietly powerful.

Crisp at the edges, soft inside, and always eaten hot, it was food that didn’t just fill your stomach. It settled you.

Ajwain Parantha tastes like maa’s instincts, home remedies passed down without recipes, and the kind of care that never needed words.
