Nutty, earthy, and full of character, our Raagi Matthi is crafted with wholesome raagi flour, blended with besan, coconut, sesame, and spiced gently with ajwain, kasoori methi, and teekhi mirch. Kneaded with desi ghee and fried patiently in groundnut oil, each matthi turns crisp and flavourful, carrying the richness of grains and the warmth of traditional spices. With its deep, rustic taste, it is the perfect balance of nutrition and nostalgia.

Raagi snacks were always part of village kitchens - wholesome, hearty, and built to sustain long days. Matthis made with grains like raagi and besan carried not just taste but strength, often served with pickles and chai during winter afternoons or packed into dabbas for travel.
