They were all broken .. almost powder form .
So very bad quality.
What's disturbing is the fact that packaging is not the problem. It's the product itself that's substandard

Frequently Asked Questions
Most shop nankhatai is built on maida and baked in vanaspati or palm oil. Ours is desi ghee, atta and slow-roasted besan — no maida anywhere, and nothing added to keep it sitting on a shelf.
Desi ghee, desi khand, atta, besan, a little baking powder, cardamom powder and pistachio. That is the entire list, and it is printed on the pack.
Sweetened with desi khand, the way an old bakery would — enough to sit with chai, not enough to leave a sugary coating. Two with your evening cup and you will see.
Airtight. It keeps a crumbly cookie crumbly instead of soft. The way biscuits were always stored — and once it is empty, it becomes the new top-shelf dabba.
